Company owner and piano technician is Billy Walker, an Associate Member of the Piano Technicians' Guild with over 30 years experience in piano technology.

Billy Walker has been servicing and tuning pianos since 1979, and operating Academy Piano Rebuilders since 1981, with complete rebuilding facilities where he has rebuilt hundreds and repaired thousands of pianos, from small uprights to concert grands. The shop has a large inventory of piano parts for immediate use, as well as access through piano supply houses for unusual components.
